Attach a gear driven transfer case to your V6 manual transmission with the Inchworm Gear V6 adapter to get the gearing options you want in the rig you’ve got. Also 4 cylinder 4Runners with ADD will need this adapter to install gear driven cases. Adapter allows for 10 degrees of clocking.

New for 2009 is our updated sealing system between the transmission and the transfer case. Using our seal extension the entire coupler is contained within the tail housing of the transmission. An oil seal is then fitted into the seal extension and seated tightly around the transfer case input shaft giving a better seal than ever before. See the image below:
