Shipping Policies
Continental United States and Canada Orders: In-stock merchandise will normally be shipped within 2-3 business days after the
order is received. Orders are shipped via UPS. The base shipping rate is $13.50, and covers up to about 10lbs for most destinations. Order
everything you need in one purchase and save!
International Orders: All payments must be made via wire-transfer as we cannot process international credit cards. Please
e-mail us for further instructions.
Non-Defective Product Returns
Non-defective products purchased from Inchworm Gear may be eligible for return, at our discretion, if:
- It was purchased within the past ninety (90) days; and
- It is in new condition; it has not been installed or used.
A 25% restocking fee is applicable to all non-defective Product returns. All orders are considered shipped once received; please
certify the correct order is requested.
Credit for returned non-defective products, less the restocking fee, will be issued once the product is received and
inspected and any additional Return Authorization instructions are satisfied.
Warranty Statement
We warranty products that we manufacture to be free from defects in materials and workmanship and to conform to our
specifications for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, when installed in accordance with our instructions.
We will replace any product found to be defective or, at our option, provide a full refund.
Claims for missing parts must be submitted within five (5) business days of receiving order.
Products that we acquire from other manufacturers, distributors or other third-party providers and resell will carry the
original manufacturer’s pass-through warranty, if any.
Return instructions for Inchworm manufactured products are listed below. Third-party manufacturer warranty return instructions
are to be followed for products that we do not manufacture.
We reserve the right to inspect any defective part to determine if the failure was due to improper installation or abuse in
which case we may decline warranty coverage.
THE ABOVE WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND ALL OTHER OBLIGATIONS OR LIABILITIES OF
INCHWORM GEAR, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL
INCHWORM GEAR BE LIABLE TO ANY PERSON FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER
ARISING OUT OF WARRANTY OR OTHER CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER TORT OR OTHERWISE.
Return Instructions
- Call Inchworm Gear at (530) 677-8111 between 9:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Friday for
a Return Authorization prior to shipment.
- Return the product to Inchworm Gear at 3841 Quest Ct. #13, Shingle Springs, CA 95682, using the original packaging where
possible, with freight and any necessary insurance coverage to be prepaid by the consumer.
- Cores must be in good condition and of the same style as the part received to be accepted at full value, i.e.
top shift, forward shift, etc. Reimbursement for damaged cores will be subject to penalty or forfeiture.
- Drain any oil or other fluids prior to shipment. Failure to do so may result in a hazardous waste removal charge.
- Include a copy of your original sales invoice or other proof of purchase.
- Mark the outside of the package with the Return Authorization number that you received.
- You may be asked to fill out and return a Product Service Report (PSR) to be returned with the product you are returning.
The PSR will assist us in determining the cause of failure of the product.
